Documents, deposits and delivery.
Bring your passport or ID and a valid driving licence for the vehicle you rent. We rent from 18.
Foreign licences require an International Driving Permit, except licences from other ASEAN countries. Indonesian drivers need SIM A for a car or SIM C for a bike.
Yes. The standard deposit is Rp 1.000.000, unless the vehicle's card shows a different amount.
You pay it at handover. We return it after checking the vehicle together, minus any agreed charges.
No. Your passport stays with you. We photograph it and record the number in the rental agreement.
You pay the actual repair cost, which we confirm before any work starts.
We photograph the vehicle together at handover, so existing marks are recorded. The rental price includes no insurance or damage cover.
Yes, to your hotel or villa. Delivery and collection are charged separately:
- Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak and Kuta: Rp 50.000 each way
- Uluwatu: Rp 150.000 each way
- Ubud: Rp 100.000 to Rp 150.000 each way
Delivery and collection hours are 10:00–22:00. For other areas, we confirm the fee before booking.
Meeting you at DPS airport with a car costs Rp 100.000, plus parking. Travelling with suitcases? Have the bike delivered to your hotel or villa. For airport bike handover, send your flight details and we'll confirm the arrangements.
Staying longer in Bali?
Rent by the month, with oil changes and scheduled servicing included. Send your dates and we'll confirm the available cars or bikes and the total for your stay.

Renting with H&S Rental Bali
I'm Hana. I run H&S Rental Bali and answer your messages myself between 09:00 and 23:00.
We rent automatic cars , scooters and manual motorbikes by the day, week or month. A scooter is practical for short trips around Canggu and Seminyak. A car makes more sense for family trips, airport luggage and rainy days, or days out in Ubud and on the east coast.
We deliver to Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Kuta and other areas across South Bali, as well as Ubud. Delivery and collection are charged separately, each way:
- Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak and Kuta: Rp 50.000
- Uluwatu: Rp 150.000
- Ubud: Rp 100.000 to Rp 150.000
For other locations, send your pin and we'll confirm the fee before you book.
