Bring your passport or ID and a valid driving licence for the vehicle you rent. We rent from 18.

Foreign licences require an International Driving Permit, except licences from other ASEAN countries. Indonesian drivers need SIM A for a car or SIM C for a bike.

Yes. The standard deposit is Rp 1.000.000, unless the vehicle's card shows a different amount.

You pay it at handover. We return it after checking the vehicle together, minus any agreed charges.

No. Your passport stays with you. We photograph it and record the number in the rental agreement.

Yes, to your hotel or villa. Delivery and collection are charged separately:

• Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak and Kuta: Rp 50.000 each way
• Uluwatu: Rp 150.000 each way
• Ubud: Rp 100.000 to Rp 150.000 each way

Delivery and collection hours are 10:00–22:00. For other areas, we confirm the fee before booking.

Meeting you at DPS airport with a car costs Rp 100.000, plus parking. Travelling with suitcases? Have the bike delivered to your hotel or villa. For airport bike handover, send your flight details and we'll confirm the arrangements.

Yes, with a lower daily rate. Send your dates and we'll confirm the available vehicle and total price.

Rent for 20 days and pay for 20 days. Nothing is rounded up to a month. Oil changes and planned maintenance are included.

You pay the actual repair cost, which we confirm before any work starts.

We photograph the vehicle together at handover, so existing marks are recorded. The rental price includes no insurance or damage cover.

No. You pay for fuel, punctures, other consumables and parking.

• Nothing paid: send us a message to cancel.
• Booking deposit paid, at least two days before the start: it stays as credit for a future booking, not a refund.
• The day before or on the start date: the booking deposit does not carry over as credit.

Yes, if the vehicle is available. Message us before your rental ends. The extension takes effect once we confirm it in writing and you pay for the extra days.

No new contract or second handover is needed.

Bali only. Taking the vehicle to Lombok, Nusa Penida or Java requires our written approval first.

Other restrictions are listed in the rental terms.

Message us on WhatsApp. If it has a mechanical problem, we repair it or bring a replacement. You don't pay for the days you couldn't use it.

Damage is handled separately under the rental agreement.

Carry your original licence and, where required, your IDP. We provide a paper copy of the vehicle registration (STNK) or a photo in chat. Riders and passengers must wear helmets.

Tell us where you're staying, what you've ridden before and whether you'll carry a passenger.

Most of our fleet is automatic scooters. The Yamaha XSR 155 and Honda CRF 150L are manual bikes and require clutch experience. Send your dates and we'll confirm what's available.

Message us and we'll point you to the nearest repair shop. You pay for puncture repairs.

No. Bikes have no damage or theft insurance. The rental agreement explains your responsibility and how charges are calculated.
