Questions before you book
A passport and a valid driving licence. If the licence is not Indonesian, you also need an International Driving Permit alongside it. Indonesian drivers need a SIM A for a car or a SIM C for a bike, and you have to be 18 or older.
Yes. The standard deposit is Rp 1.000.000; some vehicles have their own amount, shown on the card and confirmed before you book. You hand it over at the vehicle and get it back at the return, once we have checked the vehicle together.
Never. We write the number on the contract and photograph the document at handover. The passport stays with you.
New damage is yours: the rental price doesn't include insurance or damage cover. We photograph the vehicle together at handover, so marks that were already there are on record, and we tell you the repair cost before any work starts.
Yes, to your hotel, villa or DPS airport. Delivery is charged each way:
- Rp 50.000 — Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak and Kuta
- Rp 150.000 — Uluwatu
- Rp 100.000–Rp 150.000 — Ubud
- Rp 100.000 — meeting you at the airport with a car
For other areas we'll confirm the price in chat. We deliver and collect between 10:00 and 22:00.
Message us before the return time in your contract. The extension holds once we have confirmed it and the extra days are paid. No new contract and no second handover.
Yes, and the daily rate drops on the month. You don't have to take a full month either: rent for twenty days and you pay for twenty. Oil changes and planned maintenance are on us for the whole rental.
No. Fuel is yours from the first kilometre, and so are punctures, consumables and parking.
On Bali only. Taking it to Lombok, Nusa Penida or Java needs our written approval first.
Message us on WhatsApp. If the vehicle has a mechanical problem, we repair it or bring you another one, and you don't pay for the days you could not use it. Damage that happens during the rental is handled separately, under the contract.
Wear a helmet and keep your licence and IDP on you. The vehicle's registration stays with the vehicle. If you are stopped and need help, message us.
If nothing has been paid, send us a message and the dates go back in the calendar. If a booking deposit has been paid, cancelling at least two days before the start keeps that money as credit towards a later booking. The day before, or on the day itself, it does not carry over: the vehicle was held for those dates and we turned other people away from them.
Bikes
Tell us where you are staying and what your days look like, and we will say which one fits. The bikes on the cards have a clutch, so if you have only ridden automatics, say so in your first message: dense traffic is a poor place to learn, and we would rather find you something else.
Punctures are on you. Message us and we will point you to the nearest bengkel.
No. The bike has no damage or theft insurance. If it is damaged or stolen, you pay for it, and the amounts are in the contract before you sign.
