Rental terms

Please read these terms before booking. They are included in the agreement you sign at handover.

What you need

You must be 18 or older and have a valid licence for the vehicle you rent.

A foreign licence requires an International Driving Permit, except licences from other ASEAN countries.

Indonesian drivers need SIM A for a car or SIM C for a bike.

Your passport or ID stays with you. We photograph it and record the number in the agreement.

Payment and deposit

Rental payment is due at handover, in Indonesian rupiah.

We accept cash, Indonesian bank transfer and QRIS. No cards.

The security deposit is Rp 1.000.000, paid separately from the rental.

Pay the deposit in cash or by transfer agreed beforehand.

The deposit is returned on the spot after the final inspection, minus any agreed charges.

Rental period and extensions

Minimum rental: one day.

Rent for 20 days and pay for 20 days. Nothing is rounded up to a month.

Request an extension before your agreed return time.

Extensions take effect after written confirmation and payment for the extra days. No new contract or handover is needed.

Delivery and return

Delivery and collection hours: 10:00–22:00.

Delivery takes one to two hours after confirmation, within delivery hours. Arrangements made after 22:00 go out the next day.

Delivery and collection are charged separately, from Rp 50.000 each way.

Uluwatu: Rp 150.000 each way.

Ubud: Rp 100.000–Rp 150.000 each way.

For other locations, we confirm the fee once we have your address.

DPS airport meeting with a car: Rp 100.000. Airport parking is Rp 12.000 per hour, paid by you.

You can collect the vehicle in Denpasar without a delivery charge. Return it yourself or arrange paid collection.

Late return: Rp 100.000 per hour. More than five hours counts as a full extra day.

For luxury and sport models, delivery, deposit and reservation terms are agreed individually before booking.

Using the vehicle

Bali only. Taking the vehicle off the island requires our written approval.

Only the person named in the agreement may drive or ride.

Two people maximum on a bike: one rider and one passenger.

No off-road racing, stunts or beach riding.

No commercial use, including Gojek, Grab or paid deliveries.

No mileage limit.

Damage and charges

We photograph the vehicle together at handover. Existing marks are recorded and are not yours to pay for.

Report any scratch, accident or breakdown immediately.

Repairs are charged at actual cost, confirmed before any work starts.

Lost helmet: Rp 300.000. Lost keys are charged at the full replacement cost.

Heavy cleaning: up to Rp 100.000 for a bike or Rp 300.000 for a car. Return the vehicle clean.

If damage you caused takes the vehicle out of use, the daily rental rate applies for up to ten days.

Theft or a write-off is valued at the dealer’s quoted price for the same model and year.

Traffic fines and parking are your responsibility, including notices received after the rental ends.

Insurance and breakdowns

The rental price includes no insurance or damage cover for you.

Bikes have no damage or theft insurance. Damage or theft is the renter’s responsibility.

Fuel, punctures and consumables are paid by you, whatever the rental length.

If the vehicle stops working through no fault of yours, we repair it or provide a replacement. You are not charged for the days you lose.

Damage is handled separately under the agreement.

Cancellation

Nothing paid: send us a message to cancel.

Booking deposit paid, cancellation at least two days before the start: the deposit stays as credit for a future booking, not a refund.

Cancellation the day before or on the start date: the booking deposit does not carry over as credit.
