Car rental at Bali airport (DPS)

Airport handover
Send Hana your rental dates, flight number and landing time. We'll confirm the available car, price and handover details before you book.
We can meet you at the exit or hand the car over in the airport car park. We'll agree where to meet in chat. Meeting you at DPS with the car is Rp 100.000; airport parking is Rp 12.000 an hour, paid separately. We'll confirm the total price before you book.
At handover, we photograph the car together and record existing marks. You check the car, sign the agreement and receive the keys and vehicle documents.
Which car should I choose?
The Honda Brio is our smallest automatic car and a practical choice for two or three people, especially if easy parking matters around Canggu and Seminyak.
The Toyota Raize and Honda HR-V are automatic SUVs. Tell us how many people and bags you're bringing so we can confirm which car suits your trip, whether you're staying in the south or heading to Ubud and the east coast.

Delivery to your hotel
You can take a taxi from the airport and start your rental at your accommodation. Send us the location pin and the date you'd like the car.
Delivery to Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak and Kuta is Rp 50.000 each way. Delivery and collection are charged separately. For other areas, we'll confirm the fee before you book.
We deliver and collect between 10:00 and 22:00. Tell us your arrival time so we can arrange a suitable handover.
What's included?
- The car's registration documents.
- Oil changes and scheduled servicing during your rental.
- WhatsApp support, 09:00–23:00 WITA.
Fuel, parking, fines and punctures are paid separately. The rental price does not include insurance or damage cover.
If the car has a mechanical problem, we repair it or bring a replacement, and you don't pay for the days you couldn't use it. Damage is handled separately under the rental agreement, and we confirm the repair cost before any work starts.
Before you book
We rent to drivers aged 18 and over. Check our licence and documents guide before booking to make sure you have the documents needed to drive in Bali.
The standard security deposit is Rp 1.000.000, unless your chosen car has a different amount shown on its card. Your passport stays with you. Payment is in Indonesian rupiah, by cash, bank transfer or QRIS; deposit transfers must be agreed beforehand. We don't accept cards.
At the end, we check the car together and return the deposit, minus any agreed charges. See the rental terms for the full conditions.

Yes. You can collect the car from us in Denpasar and skip the delivery charge. Arrange the collection time with us beforehand.
