Choosing your car

Delivery to your hotel
Send your dates and hotel location. We'll confirm the car, rental price and delivery time before you book.
We let you know when we arrive, and meet you in the lobby for the handover. We check and photograph the car together, record any existing marks, complete the agreement and hand over the keys.
Delivery to Seminyak is Rp 50.000 each way. Collection at the end is charged separately. We deliver and collect between 10:00 and 22:00; agree the return location and time with us when you book.
Getting to your accommodation
We've had no trouble reaching hotels on the main roads through Seminyak. If your accommodation is down a narrow lane, send the location pin and a photo of the entrance so we can check the handover arrangements.

Fuel, delivery, collection, parking and fines are paid separately. The rental doesn't include insurance or damage cover.
If the car has a mechanical problem, we repair it or bring a replacement, and you don't pay for the days you couldn't use it. Damage is handled under the rental agreement, and we tell you the repair cost before work starts.
Before you book
We rent to drivers aged 18 and over. Check the licence and documents guide for what to bring.
The standard deposit is Rp 1.000.000, unless your chosen car has a different amount on its card. Your passport stays with you. We return the deposit after checking the car together, minus any agreed charges.
Payment is in Indonesian rupiah, by cash, bank transfer or QRIS. Deposit transfers must be agreed beforehand. We don't accept cards. Full conditions are in the rental terms.
